Cinnamon esprit is distilled and percolated of different types of cinnamon, such as Ceylon cinnamon. With the use of fine kettles the raw taste of cinnamon sticks is refined to a warm, velvety taste.
A lot of people use cinnamon powder in their food. Whereas the use of powder loosens products, the use of our esprit ensures that the texture retains. Thanks to the various layered flavors of the cinnamon esprit the results are much better than with cinnamon powder. Try and experience it yourself!
