A delicious esprit, clean, with a great smell. The famous distillers from Amsterdam, made perfumes like this from orangeblossom. It was used allready in the 18th century for kitchen purposes. It sublimates dishes. Use carefully since it’s rather strong. Combine with ice-cream, green salat, bavaroises and again chocolate.
