This esprit is distilled and percolated of different types of cinnamon, such as Ceylon cinnamon. A lot of people use cinnamon powder in their food. That’s a pity. Powder loosens products, while they contain their texture with esprit. Thanks to the various flavors the results are much better than with cinnamon powder. Try and experience it yourself.
