Undamaged products may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product, provided all accessories are included and items are returned in their original packaging.
For eligible items returned in their original packaging, NordiPets will cover the return shipping cost. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
